Kunnskapstrening IT (KIT) is a not for profit company, developed by the former company KIT works with training of (mostly) young people through new and innovative system thinking methods. As one is using ICT in all processes, the talents (students) are participating from all over Norway. Kunnskapstrening IT is facilitating for talents in cooperation with local and regional companies and higher education institutions. Talents are mostly joining as out of work persons, ending up with job or further studies. Several of the talents want to establish their own companies.

STEP Institute, Institute for Work Psychology and Entrepreneurship, is a non-profit organization passionate about people development. Their mission is to empower people for better functioning in work environment. They help people to discover and nurture their talents, brushing soft skills and realizing their entrepreneurial ideas into practice. By offering interactive workshops, generating creative learning material, supporting coaching, and inspiring career guidance they aim to increase employability, empower people for entrepreneurship, and foster personal and professional development.

CIAPE is an Italian cultural association promoting lifelong learning in an innovative and inclusive way. CIAPE holds sound expertise in designing and carrying out training activities aimed at developing and validating soft skills, as well as the competences required in the future labour market. The organization works, on a daily basis, in synergy with more than 300 like-minded entities and organizations from all over Europe and beyond. Main activities: Coaching and mentoring, Train-the-trainer, New Skills for New Jobs, EQF development, Distance learning and Gamification, Social researches, Organization of study visits, European projects, EPALE Ambassador, Start-up and management of collaborative work environments

IlGiardinone is a social enterprise located in the countryside in the South of Milan. It is specialized in the greenery management of public and private sector. It is engaged in employing workers from disadvantage background with special attention to young people social and working inclusion. The production activity has been rolled out over the years in form of horticulture and fruits production, focusing to the recent trends toward a circular rethinking of the sector. Il Giardinone is part of CGM the Italian social cooperatives network for assistance and development aid. Counting around 80 territorial consortia, 1000 cooperatives and 140 no-profit organisation, CGM is the largest Italian network of social cooperatives.

Mizarstvo Ornik is a small company (10 employees) from LeŇ°ane, Slovenia, that design, produce and install wood products and components. Our main characteristic is that we use wood that is old more than 100 years, some also 500 years, refurbish and install it. We dismantle and demolish old wooden barn in order to receive raw materials and make new product out of it. We aim to protect our heritage by replacing it, reusing some parts of it or completely restore it. We believe in circular economy and zero waste production. Our fabric is equipped with pellets machine, it means that we follow zero waste idea, where all dust and parts of wood are turned into a fire briquettes or pellets.
